It sure can! The Versa Pod will work in the Makana 100 if you wish to take the X-Drive and X-Drive Pod out! 

* We do suggest removing the plate on the Versa Pod before installing the Versa Pod to your Makana 100 kayak, to accommodate the rotomolding tolerance differences between the Shearwater 125 & Makana 100.
