How do I cancel my order?

Contact customer service right away by emailing contact@vibekayaks.com. Please include your order number and we’ll try to cancel your order before it gets processed and shipped. Just because you haven’t received a tracking number doesn’t mean the order hasn’t been shipped. There can be up to a 24-hour delay between an order being shipped and you receiving a tracking number.

If a tracking number has already been provided, then the order has already been processed and picked up by the courier. On a normal weekday, it could take up to 48 hours (or longer during holiday/peak shipping periods) for the carriers to scan the shipment into their system.

Once your order is processed, you'll need to wait for it to arrive and return it following the instructions on our return policy. Please note that we do not cover shipping fees to return the item back to our warehouse.
