How do I change my shipping address?
Contact Customer Service right away if you need to change your delivery address and we’ll try to cancel your order before it gets processed and shipped. Just because you haven’t received a tracking number doesn’t mean the order hasn’t been shipped. There can be up to a 24-hour delay between an order being shipped and you receiving a tracking number.
If a tracking number has already been provided, then the order has already been processed and we are unable to change the delivery address.
Once your order is processed, your order will fall under our return policy if it's returned to our warehouse for an incorrect address. You will be refunded automatically when the item is returned to our warehouse, excluding the shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee.
