How do I obtain a MSO (Manufacturer's Statement of Origin) to register my kayak with the state?

You will need a manufacturer's statement of origin (MSO) and your order confirmation email/receipt when registering your new kayak. If you have purchased a new kayak from us, the MSO (Manufacturer's Statement of Origin) should have been included in your new kayak with your HIN on it. If you have misplaced your MSO, please download a new one (see download attached to this article below) and fill it in.
