Why do other retailers list different numbers?

Third-party retailer listings are not always kept up to date with our current specification. The figures on vibekayaks.com are the ones to go by. The kayak sold through our dealer and retail network is the same kayak we ship direct .

Threaded inserts — are they included, and what size are they?

Yes. The threaded inserts are moulded into every Sea Ghost 105, regardless of where you buy it. Some of our product photography does not show them clearly, but they are there.

The inserts on the bow and on the sides of the motor mount are M6 — sized for larger accessories such as trolling motors and shallow-water anchors.
All other inserts are sized for M5 screws, the industry standard for rod holders, flags, lights and similar accessories.
The inserts immediately behind the seat are for mounting a cleat, if you want to add a rope-deployed trolling motor.
The four-hole rectangular pattern behind the seat is for an access plate intended to be offered separately.
