Small parcel items like apparel, kayak accessories, and gear ship via UPS or USPS depending on the item and where your location.

Kayaks are oversized items that require special handling and delivery services and take special handling to make the long-trek to your delivery location. We use a wide-range of carriers from FragilePak to courier service providers such as uShip.

Once you receive your tracking number, if you have an questions about your shipment carrier, feel free to send us a message! The kayak carrier should always make contact with you for etas & scheduling.
