What is the warranty on inflatable kayak seams and stitching?
Our inflatable kayaks (including the Cubera Lite and Uptown series) are backed by a two-year manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects in the seams and construction.
These kayaks are built with drop-stitched PVC construction, which is durable, but if you notice a seam separating, a weld failing, or unusual air loss that isn't from a puncture, this is typically covered under warranty within the 2-year window from your purchase date.
To start a warranty claim, please fill out our warranty claim form with photos of the affected area and your proof of purchase. Our team will review and follow up with next steps.
Note: damage from punctures, over-inflation, improper storage, or normal wear is not covered under this warranty.
