What is your return policy?

Within 14 Days of Purchase

New items are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. It is your responsibility to pay the return shipping fees that might be associated with returning the product. Items must be in a new condition, not show any use or wear, must have the retail packaging intact, and must be returned with all originally included parts and accessories.

Once your returned item is received and inspected by our team, your refund will be processed immediately minus a 20% restocking fee. If the product is found to be in poor condition, or if any originally included parts or accessories are missing, the amount of your refund will be reduced.

Return Policy Exclusions

Rigid (polyethylene) kayaks and trailers are not covered by the 14-day return policy and cannot be returned. If you have any questions on what product is right for you prior to purchasing, please feel free to contact our customer service team and ask their advice.

Order Discrepancy

Any product shortage must be reported within 48 hours from receipt of the order. Shortages must be documented on the Delivery Receipt.
