Vibe Holdings, LLC (Vibe Kayaks) warrants that each kayak we produce, including all components thereof, shall be free from faulty workmanship and defective materials for a period of one year from the original date of purchase, except for the hull which is sold with a limited lifetime warranty. The warranty covers only Vibe Kayaks that are purchased from an authorized Vibe Kayaks dealer. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser. The warranty may not be transferred. In order to make a warranty claim proof of purchase must be presented at the time of the claim. Normal wear and tear is not warranted.
This warranty only covers manufacturing defects that affect the performance of the product. This warranty does not cover kayaks sold in “as is” condition, demo kayaks or prototypes. Vibe is not responsible for any damages to persons or items incurred due to unsecured Vibe products during transport or usage, and this warranty does not cover these instances.

This warranty does not cover cosmetic defects such as surface pitting, color variations or minor weld marks.
The express warranty of Vibe Kayaks stated above is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or design and non-infringement of third party rights with respect to the products.
In no event shall Vibe Kayaks’ liability for any warranty claim hereunder exceed the aggregate purchase price paid by customer for any product. This limited warranty excludes and in no event shall Vibe Kayaks be liable for any extraordinary, exemplary, special, indirect, consequential or incidental damages of any kind, including, loss of use, even if Vibe Kayaks has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
