Why is my tracking number not working?

Why is my tracking number not working?

This may be because there aren’t any shipping updates yet. Shipping confirmation emails are sent as soon as your package ready for shipping. The tracking number isn't active until the courier scans it which may take up to 24 hours to update. Thank you for being patient!

I received a DHL tracking number but it's not working?
Unfortunately, there is a glitch with our system. It should be a UPS tracking number. Copy and paste the tracking number HERE.
