Do I need to be home for my kayak delivery?

Yes, you must be home or have someone you trust present to inspect the kayak for shipping damage and provide a signature for the delivery. If the order is returned to our warehouse because no one was present to sign for the delivery, your order will be automatically refunded excluding the shipping cost and a 20% restocking fee.

If your kayak was dropped off without a call or notification from the driver, please follow the Kayak Inspection Instructions and contact customer support as soon as possible.
