How do I report an item missing from my order?

Orders with multiple items are often split into separate orders and shipped at different times depending on the size of the item and which warehouse it's being pulled from. Kayak and accessories always ship independently of each other and typically the accessories will arrive well in advance of the kayak. If your order shows fulfilled online and you still have not received all items in your order, contact customer service and we'll assist in tracking down your item.
